Delete your Eukora account

You can delete your Eukora account at any time, in the app or from this page.

In the app

1. Open Eukora and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete account at the bottom.
3. Type DELETE and confirm.

Without the app

We email you a link to confirm, so nobody else can delete your account. It works for one hour.

What we delete

As soon as you confirm, we delete:

• Your name, email address and profile photo
• Your sign-in (email and password, or Google), so the account can't be used again
• Your devices and notification settings

What we keep

• Quiz answers and scores, with nothing that identifies you. We keep them so question statistics stay accurate; they can no longer be linked to you.
• Payment records we're required to keep for accounting.

Copies in our database backups are replaced on the normal backup cycle.

Children's accounts

A child who signs in with a PIN has an account managed by their parent. Parents delete it from their Eukora parent account. If you can't, email support@eukora.com from the address on your parent account and tell us which child.
