EukoraTerms of Service
Eukora Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 September 2026
Eukora is a learning app for Ghanaian students preparing for the BECE and WASSCE. These terms are the agreement between you and Eukora Technologies. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them.
Who can use Eukora
You can create your own account if you are 13 or older. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian creates an account for you and gives you a login code and PIN. A parent who sets up a child's account accepts these terms for that child and is responsible for how it is used.
You may hold one account. Keep your password, or your login code and PIN, to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you, so tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
What we provide
Eukora gives you past exam questions, explanations, quizzes, study groups, friendly competition and progress tracking. We work to keep the app accurate and available, but we do not guarantee any particular exam result. Eukora is study support, not a replacement for your school or your teachers.
We improve the app continuously. Features can change, and occasionally a feature is removed. If a change materially reduces something you have paid for, we will tell you.
Subscriptions and payment
- Some parts of Eukora need a paid subscription. The price and period are shown before you pay.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.
- A child's subscription is paid for and managed by their parent.
- If a payment fails, access to paid features is reduced until the subscription is renewed.
- To cancel, turn off renewal before the period ends. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Points, streaks and competition
XP, streaks, badges and leaderboard positions are features of the app. They have no cash value, cannot be bought, sold or transferred, and can be adjusted or reset if they were obtained by cheating or by exploiting a fault. Challenges between students are staked in XP only. No real money is ever staked, won or lost.
How you agree to behave
- Be decent to other students in groups, challenges and any message you send.
- Do not upload anything unlawful, hateful, sexual or bullying, and do not impersonate anyone.
- Do not try to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to Eukora.
- Do not copy our questions, explanations or other content out of the app to republish or sell.
- Do not use another person's account, or share yours.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
Your content
Anything you add, such as your profile photo, your display name or a group you create, stays yours. You give us permission to store and display it inside Eukora so the feature works. You are responsible for having the right to upload whatever you upload.
Our content
The app, its design, its explanations and its question bank belong to Eukora or to the people we license them from. You may use them for your own study and nothing else.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time, in the app under Profile, or at eukora.com/delete-account. Deletion is permanent. We may close an account that breaks these terms, or if we stop operating the service.
Liability
Eukora is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for exam outcomes, or for anything arising from your use of the app beyond the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes a right you have under Ghanaian consumer law.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Carrying on using Eukora after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana deal with any dispute.
